AI Leadership Level 5 is designed for professionals leading teams to implement AI within their organisation. This course develops the skills to guide AI initiatives, make informed decisions, and drive innovation and change.

What does the role consist of?

The AI leadership Apprenticeship Units are short impactful courses which equip leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively introduce and integrate AI into their organisation. The purpose of the programme is to develop confident leaders who can identify opportunities for AI, oversee implementation, and ensure its responsible and effective use to improve business outcomes.

Explore how AI can be applied across different areas of an organisation, how to assess readiness for adoption, and how to manage AI-related projects and change. Our course will also develop an understanding of data governance, ethical considerations, risk management, and the impact of AI on people, processes, and strategy.

Unit Two

Confidently drive the safe and successful adoption of AI, from evaluating and testing solutions through to managing risk, governance, and ethics — ensuring AI is implemented responsibly.

  • Help choose and assess AI tools and suppliers
  • Check risks like data, security, and compliance
  • Put rules and processes in place for using AI safely
  • Make sure AI is used ethically and follows laws and regulations
  • Plan and oversee testing before AI goes live
