Digital Marketing Executive Apprenticeship

We have a great opportunity to join the Magnetar IT team, this is a role within the company where you be responsible for the social media and marketing for the company, alongside general administrative tasks.

What will the apprentice be doing?

* Creating all social media content including infographics, employee and company announcements, weekly tech tips, etc.
* Choosing topics, proofreading, and publishing the weekly blog.
* Write and schedule the weekly tech tip email newsletter.
* Completing monthly service calls for all IT support clients.
* Organise company events such as team-buildings, book club, etc.
* Run all social media accounts and be the digital face of Magnetar IT.
* Write and submit award submissions on behalf of the company and directors.
* Book and schedule events, meetings, and anything else requested by the company.
* Follow-up with website enquiries and online leads using the CRM system.
* Take minutes for meetings when requested.
* Manage your company email account alongside other general company emails and respond or forward any incoming correspondence in a timely manner.
* Organise, write, and publish any ,case studies.
* Manage and maintain company post.
* Write any copy needed for company website,

Role Requirements:

· Experience with social media content creation. Experience with Canva, MailChimp, and RecurPost preferable

· Excellent written skills in a variety of formats and able to write for a variety of audience types.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to work on and prioritise several different projects at the same time and stick to their respective deadlines.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent x5 GCSE’s including Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above) essential

Note: This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals seeking hands-on experience in the Digital Marketing field. Training will be provided to develop necessary skills.
